MKS2, LLC is the Prime Contractor providing non-personal services to include all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform the Sports Officials for the Sports Officiating of all Intramural Sports on Dover and Goodfellow Air Force Base, to include Flag Football, Basketball, Youth Basketball, Softball, and Volleyball. By contract completion, MKS2, LLC will have scheduled and provided over 2540 officials for approximately 1,900 intramural sports games and contests. MKS2, LLC’s sports Officials are all National Association of Sports Officials (NASO), National Intramural-Recreational Sports Association (NIRSA) or state certified.

Additionally, MKS2, LLC screens and interviews all candidates to make sure their certifications are up to date, as well and additionally screen any of the prospective Officials who will be working with the Youth Program by using The Dru Sjodin National Sex Offender Public Website (NSOPW).
