“I’ve known Jessica and her family for 25+ years. We met at the West Point Prep School in 1996 and every morning for an entire year we stood next to each other in formation. Several decades later, I am honored to stand next to her again for another chapter of our lives. Jessica and her positivity embody our core MKS2 values. We are thrilled to have her join our team and to help us continue to build an engaged, diverse and inclusive workforce,” said Mullen. “We have very ambitious goals and our MKS2 teammates are our greatest asset. Having Jessica as a strategic thinking partner adds extraordinary value. The sky is the limit with Jessica’s team-first mentality and I can’t wait to see her fingerprints on the legacy of this company.”
Finnegan joins MKS2 with a distinguished career of over 20 years, beginning as a combat helicopter pilot in the U.S. Army where she held a multitude of leadership roles, and most recently serving over the last decade as the Senior Director of Human Capital at Global Aerospace Logistics, headquartered in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
“MKS2 has an amazing talent and performance-based culture, and I’m incredibly excited to join this team.”
Her expertise lies in the thoughtful management of the intersection between strategy, talent, and culture. She is an experienced HR professional who has worked across all human resources functions including organizational effectiveness, policy development, compliance, talent management, compensation and benefits, strategic succession planning, and driving large-scale complex change.
